The resort features 4 on-site restaurants, including Amatista Cookhouse serving Caribbean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Drhum Club Katine, offering tapas-style dishes. Guests can enjoy a large outdoor pool with a waterslide, waterfalls, two sand beaches, a hot tub, and a kids' play area. There is also a kids' club, babysitting services, and kids' play areas, including a large game room with arcade games. The resort also provides free water taxis to Universal Studios. Other on-site facilities include a fire pit, games room, and fitness center. The resort has 115,000 square feet of space consisting of a conference center, conference space, and meeting rooms.

pleasant stay with convenient perks
boat service convenient perk equipped gym split bathroom
The boat service offered a quick trip to the park. It was very convenient. i also appreciated the gym. It had plenty of equipment, including several treadmills. i found the split bathroom design very useful with the shower and toilet separate. the coffee shop offered great options.
the room decor seemed a little dated. i thought it could use some updating to match the modern amenities.

location good. but room issues
dirty carpet faulty shower
the room wasn't great, considering what i paid. the carpet was really dirty, so i asked for it to be cleaned again. also, the shower wasn't working properly. it was a bit disappointing, since i expected better for the price, but. the staff were friendly

adequate stay, SOME issues
small pool subpar smoothies
The pool felt smaller than expected. The smoothies at the outdoor restaurant were disappointing. They tasted mostly like ice and syrup with little actual fruit. Our key cards needed to be reset multiple times, an inconvenience, and the cost did not reflect the quality. the high price seemed to be mostly for the location. THE luxury was lacking.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
old carpet inconsistent service
The room felt somewhat dated. The carpet seemed old and not especially clean. I also found the service inconsistent. Getting someone to assist at the pool was surprisingly difficult, despite several requests. It was frustrating, especially given the hotel's price point. The staff seemed understaffed, or perhaps not very attentive at that time.
